Memorial Day Discounts for Military Members

Home Depot and Lowe’s, the nation’s two largest home improvement stores, are once again offering an exclusive military discount for Memorial Day. All military (active, reserve, honorably discharged, and retired) personnel and their immediate families just show your ID card to get 10% off. These are the specific details of each offer:

Lowe’s: Offer is good for the purchase of any in-stock or Special Order merchandise only up to $5000 (maximum discount $500). Offer is not redeemable for cash and is nontransferable. Not valid on sales via Lowe’s.com, previous sales, purchase of services or gift cards. Offer good from 5/20/09 – 5/25/09.

Home Depot: Valid 05/21/2009 through 05/27/2009 and redeemable for a 10% discount on a single receipt in-store purchase at The Home Depot® U.S. stores only. Maximum discount $200.
