So many good movies coming out, so little time to see them all. If you
can only see one, it has to be “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”
starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. It’s the most important movie
I’ve seen in a long time; important because it takes on subjects that
are near and dear to us all.
Director David Fincher says it best: “It’s about mortality and life and the people and places we meet along the way, and the way we’re touched and affected by those people. And I do think it is scars that they leave, these impressions that remain. And they way you’re changed for better or worse by those around you.”
Pretty head stuff. I tear up just thinking about it.
