The Exchange caters primarily to Servicemembers and their families. While the Exchange encourages a free exchange of ideas in compliance with these terms of service, Servicemembers are reminded that statements made in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice also violates the terms of service of this website, will be immediately removed by the moderators of this website, and may be reported to the Servicemember’s chain of command.
The Exchange will assist federal (including military), state and local law-enforcement officials investigating illegal activity on this website or violations of these terms of service.
