Guest Blog With Us!

December 10, 2008

Hi there!

We’re glad you’re interested in guest blogging with us. Simply email us at [email protected] with your guest blog post and a little bit about yourself (if you’re active duty, a military spouse, etc) so we can know you better. Also, if you have a blog site yourself, please include its link as well.

Keep in mind, we’re looking for posts from anyone connected to the Military Community in any way. Feel free to include any personal pictures, as long as they’re appropriate and you have the right/permission necessary to submit them to us. Examples of topics are PCSing, communicating over long distances, dealing with deployments, fun recipe ideas, job hunting, dealing with the unique challenges of being a Military parent, etc. Maybe you’re a Veteran and you have great memories to share. Perhaps you’re a Military Brat—tell us favorite places you traveled to growing up. Maybe you’re a civilian parent of a service member–what do you admire most in your son/daughter? Everyone in the Military Community has a story to tell, and we’d like to hear it.

If you have any questions/comments/concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Hello,

You must be classified by the Veterans’ Administration as being 100-percent disabled in order to have Exchange privileges. For more information, please start at page 24 of the following DoD document on eligibility: http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/corres/pdf/133021p.pdf

If you are eligible, please contact DEERS at (800) 538-9552 for further assistance to ensure your record and eligibility is correct for Exchange privileges.

Very Respectfully,
Your Exchange Social Media Team
